1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • The request is made within 3days of receiving the order (e.g., within 7 or 14 days).

  • The item is not on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.

    2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

    The following items are non-exchangeable:

    • Lingerie, swimwear, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted items (unless defective).

    • Customized or personalized products

      3. How to Request an Exchange

      To start an exchange, please:

      1. Contact our support team at info@showpink.com or through our contact form.

      2. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.

      3. Wait for approval and instructions on how to return the item.

      4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

      Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or a wrong item was sent

      4. Processing the Exchange

      • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send the replacement product or a store credit (as per your choice).

      • Exchanges are processed within [X business days] of receiving the return.

        5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

        If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with clear photos. We will cover the return shipping and send the correct item as soon as possible.
