Return & Exchange Policy

If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right — quickly and easily.*

Order Check Before Delivery
Since we currently operate online only, customers have the right to review their order with the delivery representative before completing the receipt.
If any item doesn’t match your expectations, you can simply return it immediately with the courier — no extra fees applied.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a courier pickup for the exchange.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel, accessories, or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) are processed only in the case of damaged or incorrect items after the return is received and verified.
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
